[fixed] tv_grab_dk dosnt work anymore?
Hello
As some might have noticed the tv_grab_dk dosnt work anymore because tv2 changed thire way to show tv listnings .. so there is a source we cant use anymore (thanks tv2) but there is a tv_grab_script for the danish provider dr.
Some cons:Up to 18 days of listning, where others have around 7
Many epiode numbers –
but get it from here:
http://xmltvdk.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/*checkout*/xmltvdk/trunk/tv_grab_dk_drthe thing you need to do is configure it:
perl tv_grab_dk_dr —configure
after that, run tv_grab_dk_dr was you did with tv_grab_dkas in my case would be:
tv_grab_dk_dr –days 3 –output /var/www/tv.xml

Hey! great tip man
I could use it from MythTV in replacement of tv_grab_dk. I now have 18 days of listing, which is even better. I had to wipe out the old stuff though. But I could fix things up from the mythweb interface.

What is all this stuff ‘in between’ I wonder? I tried swithching as well, but mythfilldatabase spews this when I run it with the xml-file tv_grab_dk_dr creates:
“Unknown xmltv channel identifier: sv2.dr.dk - Skipping channel.”
In mythweb I can see that my channels are identified by *.tv.tv2.dk..
I tried setting up a new source in mythtv-setup, but I can either only select the original TV2-source or create a new source, for which it won’t let me select anything but an american source.. frustrating.
Please elaborate on the steps taken.

been a while since I came here. I want to mention that I get occasionally nothing for DR1 and DR2 while all other channels have proper listings. This is a bit ironical when listings come from DR!
Anything like this happening with some of you ?
